HSPA4L

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HSPA4L mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,187 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HSPA4L-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRPS18C, SAP30, and BMS1P19. Each is linked with HSPA4L in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HSPA4L-to-partner and partner-to-HSPA4L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MRPS18C grouped by HSPA4L-low versus HSPA4L-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HSPA4L→partner) and Y-score (partner→HSPA4L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
