HSPA4L

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HSPA4L mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 49 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HSPA4L-associated genes across cancer lineages are cIAP, ERK2, and FoxM1. Each is linked with HSPA4L in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HSPA4L-to-partner and partner-to-HSPA4L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, cIAP grouped by HSPA4L-low versus HSPA4L-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HSPA4L→partner) and Y-score (partner→HSPA4L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
