Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, HSPA14 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,651 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HSPA14-associated genes across cancer lineages are CENPL, DKC1, and ORC5. Each is linked with HSPA14 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HSPA14-to-partner and partner-to-HSPA14 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HSPA14→partner) and Y-score (partner→HSPA14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
