Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, HSPA14 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,427 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HSPA14-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC01072, MIR3667, and MIR6769B. Each is linked with HSPA14 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HSPA14-to-partner and partner-to-HSPA14 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HSPA14→partner) and Y-score (partner→HSPA14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
