Across TCGA patient cohorts, HSPA14 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 30 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HSPA14-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and Cyclin-B1. Each is linked with HSPA14 in more than 1 cancer types.
