HSPA12A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HSPA12A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,960 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HSPA12A-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZDHHC18, UHRF1, and ZNF734P. Each is linked with HSPA12A in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HSPA12A-to-partner and partner-to-HSPA12A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZDHHC18 grouped by HSPA12A-low versus HSPA12A-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HSPA12A→partner) and Y-score (partner→HSPA12A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
