HSPA12A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HSPA12A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,669 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HSPA12A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of myoblast fusion, Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, and Cytokinesis. Each is linked with HSPA12A in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HSPA12A-to-partner and partner-to-HSPA12A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of myoblast fusion grouped by HSPA12A-low versus HSPA12A-high in OESOPHAGUS.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HSPA12A→partner) and Y-score (partner→HSPA12A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
