HSPA12A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HSPA12A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 782 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HSPA12A-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCL19, LRIT1, and KRTAP4-7. Each is linked with HSPA12A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HSPA12A-to-partner and partner-to-HSPA12A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CCL19 grouped by HSPA12A-low versus HSPA12A-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HSPA12A→partner) and Y-score (partner→HSPA12A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
