Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, HSP90B2P RNA is linked to patient survival in 27 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated HSP90B2P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher HSP90B2P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated HSP90B2P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM and KIRC show a favorable association.

ACC, SKCM, and KICH are the cancer types where HSP90B2P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
