Across TCGA patient cohorts, HSFY4P RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,410 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HSFY4P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Reactive oxygen species metabolic process, Stress-activated protein kinase signaling cascade, and Type I interferon production. Each is linked with HSFY4P in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HSFY4P-to-partner and partner-to-HSFY4P results are reported.
