The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher HSFY1P1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated HSFY1P1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUAD, LIHC, and LUSC are the cancer types where HSFY1P1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
