HSFY1P1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HSFY1P1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 383 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HSFY1P1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-145P, EEF1A1P39, and SCARNA14. Each is linked with HSFY1P1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HSFY1P1-to-partner and partner-to-HSFY1P1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-145P grouped by HSFY1P1-low versus HSFY1P1-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HSFY1P1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HSFY1P1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
