Across TCGA patient cohorts, HSFY1P1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HSFY1P1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-B1, Tuberin, and Notch1. Each is linked with HSFY1P1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HSFY1P1-to-partner and partner-to-HSFY1P1 results are reported.
