HSFX2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HSFX2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 70 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HSFX2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-170P, RN7SL222P, and LINC01848. Each is linked with HSFX2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HSFX2-to-partner and partner-to-HSFX2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-170P grouped by HSFX2-low versus HSFX2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HSFX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→HSFX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
