HSF4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HSF4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,983 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HSF4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NOL3, PRDM1_S272, and PTPRF. Each is linked with HSF4 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HSF4-to-partner and partner-to-HSF4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HSF4 versus NOL3 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HSF4→partner) and Y-score (partner→HSF4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
