Across TCGA patient cohorts, HSF4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HSF4-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGFBP2, MAPK_pT202_Y204, and Notch1. Each is linked with HSF4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HSF4-to-partner and partner-to-HSF4 results are reported.
