Across TCGA cell cohorts, HSF4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,148 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HSF4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Taurine biosynthetic process, Alkanesulfonate biosynthetic process, and Sperm motility. Each is linked with HSF4 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HSF4-to-partner and partner-to-HSF4 results are reported.
