HSF4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HSF4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HSF4-associated genes across cancer lineages are C4orf50, IZUMO1R, and TRIM77. Each is linked with HSF4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HSF4-to-partner and partner-to-HSF4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C4orf50 grouped by HSF4-low versus HSF4-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HSF4→partner) and Y-score (partner→HSF4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
