Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, HSF2BP Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated HSF2BP data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher HSF2BP Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated HSF2BP expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
HNSC, UCEC, and SKCM are the cancer types where HSF2BP Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
