HSF2BP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HSF2BP mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HSF2BP-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEK1, Notch1, and p21. Each is linked with HSF2BP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HSF2BP-to-partner and partner-to-HSF2BP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MEK1 grouped by HSF2BP-low versus HSF2BP-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HSF2BP→partner) and Y-score (partner→HSF2BP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
