HSF2BP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HSF2BP RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,602 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HSF2BP-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of protein K48-linked ubiquitination, Cellular response to platelet-derived growth factor stimulus, and Maintenance of protein location in cell. Each is linked with HSF2BP in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HSF2BP-to-partner and partner-to-HSF2BP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of protein K48-linked ubiquitination grouped by HSF2BP-low versus HSF2BP-high in CNS.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HSF2BP→partner) and Y-score (partner→HSF2BP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
