HSDL2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HSDL2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 377 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HSDL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SKP42, RNU6-172P, and LINC01853. Each is linked with HSDL2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HSDL2-to-partner and partner-to-HSDL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SKP42 grouped by HSDL2-low versus HSDL2-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HSDL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→HSDL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
