Across TCGA patient cohorts, HSDL1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,552 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HSDL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are USP10, ATMIN, and MBTPS1. Each is linked with HSDL1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HSDL1-to-partner and partner-to-HSDL1 results are reported.
