Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, HSD3BP3 RNA is linked to patient survival in 15 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated HSD3BP3 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in rectum adenocarcinoma (READ), where higher HSD3BP3 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated HSD3BP3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ESCA and SKCM show a favorable association.
READ, UCEC, and KIRP are the cancer types where HSD3BP3 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
