HSD17B3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HSD17B3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,149 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HSD17B3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Phosphatidylethanolamine biosynthetic process, rRNA transport, and Negative regulation of nuclear-transcribed mRNA catabolic process, nonsense-mediated decay. Each is linked with HSD17B3 in more than 20 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HSD17B3-to-partner and partner-to-HSD17B3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Phosphatidylethanolamine biosynthetic process grouped by HSD17B3-low versus HSD17B3-high in KIRC.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HSD17B3→partner) and Y-score (partner→HSD17B3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
