Across TCGA patient cohorts, HSD17B1P1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 839 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HSD17B1P1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD86, FPR2, and ETV7-AS1. Each is linked with HSD17B1P1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HSD17B1P1-to-partner and partner-to-HSD17B1P1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HSD17B1P1 versus CD86 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.63.
