HSCB

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HSCB RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,902 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HSCB-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TRMT2A, ARFGAP3, and POLDIP3. Each is linked with HSCB in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HSCB-to-partner and partner-to-HSCB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HSCB versus TRMT2A in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HSCB→partner) and Y-score (partner→HSCB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
