HSCB

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HSCB protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,867 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HSCB-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNRF3, BTN2A1, and RNASEH2C. Each is linked with HSCB in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HSCB-to-partner and partner-to-HSCB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HSCB versus ZNRF3 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HSCB→partner) and Y-score (partner→HSCB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
