HS3ST6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HS3ST6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,950 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HS3ST6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of DNA damage response, signal transduction by p53 class mediator resulting in transcription of p21 class mediator, Negative regulation of inclusion body assembly, and Sensory perception of sour taste. Each is linked with HS3ST6 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HS3ST6-to-partner and partner-to-HS3ST6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HS3ST6→partner) and Y-score (partner→HS3ST6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
Each partner links to its Q-omics profile. Showing the 6 strongest of 6,950 associations by consensus.
