HS3ST6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HS3ST6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 284 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HS3ST6-associated genes across cancer lineages are CRIP1P1, RN7SL783P, and RNA5SP65. Each is linked with HS3ST6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HS3ST6-to-partner and partner-to-HS3ST6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CRIP1P1 grouped by HS3ST6-low versus HS3ST6-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HS3ST6→partner) and Y-score (partner→HS3ST6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
