HS3ST4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HS3ST4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,275 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HS3ST4-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR6071, KRTAP13-1, and ZNF317P1. Each is linked with HS3ST4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HS3ST4-to-partner and partner-to-HS3ST4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR6071 grouped by HS3ST4-low versus HS3ST4-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HS3ST4→partner) and Y-score (partner→HS3ST4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
