HS3ST4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HS3ST4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HS3ST4-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRAMEF10, PRAMEF17, and PRAMEF25. Each is linked with HS3ST4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HS3ST4-to-partner and partner-to-HS3ST4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRAMEF10 grouped by HS3ST4-low versus HS3ST4-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HS3ST4→partner) and Y-score (partner→HS3ST4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
