HS3ST2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HS3ST2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,141 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HS3ST2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ADA2, NPL, and SDS. Each is linked with HS3ST2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HS3ST2-to-partner and partner-to-HS3ST2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HS3ST2 versus ADA2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HS3ST2→partner) and Y-score (partner→HS3ST2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
