HS3ST2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HS3ST2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 57 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HS3ST2-associated genes across cancer lineages are JNK_pT183_Y185, FASN, and FoxM1. Each is linked with HS3ST2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HS3ST2-to-partner and partner-to-HS3ST2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, JNK_pT183_Y185 grouped by HS3ST2-low versus HS3ST2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HS3ST2→partner) and Y-score (partner→HS3ST2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
