HS3ST2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HS3ST2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 31 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HS3ST2-associated genes across cancer lineages are HPGDS, SERPINA12, and COL6A5. Each is linked with HS3ST2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HS3ST2-to-partner and partner-to-HS3ST2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HPGDS grouped by HS3ST2-low versus HS3ST2-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HS3ST2→partner) and Y-score (partner→HS3ST2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
