HS2ST1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HS2ST1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HS2ST1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OTOP1, MRGPRX2, and OR4E2. Each is linked with HS2ST1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HS2ST1-to-partner and partner-to-HS2ST1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OTOP1 grouped by HS2ST1-low versus HS2ST1-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HS2ST1→partner) and Y-score (partner→HS2ST1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
