HS1BP3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HS1BP3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,000 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HS1BP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are LSP1P3, UBTFL7, and LINC02870. Each is linked with HS1BP3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HS1BP3-to-partner and partner-to-HS1BP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LSP1P3 grouped by HS1BP3-low versus HS1BP3-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HS1BP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→HS1BP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
