HROB

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HROB mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HROB-associated genes across cancer lineages are STH, DCD, and RBMXL3. Each is linked with HROB in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HROB-to-partner and partner-to-HROB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, STH grouped by HROB-low versus HROB-high in OESOPHAGUS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HROB→partner) and Y-score (partner→HROB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
