HRK

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HRK RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,069 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HRK-associated genes across cancer lineages are CASKIN1, ADAM11, and ALDH5A1. Each is linked with HRK in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HRK-to-partner and partner-to-HRK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HRK versus CASKIN1 in LARGE_INTESTINE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HRK→partner) and Y-score (partner→HRK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
