HRH4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HRH4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,517 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HRH4-associated genes across cancer lineages are DUXAP3, LSM3, and CIDECP1. Each is linked with HRH4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HRH4-to-partner and partner-to-HRH4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DUXAP3 grouped by HRH4-low versus HRH4-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HRH4→partner) and Y-score (partner→HRH4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
