HRC

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HRC mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,464 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HRC-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRTAP20-3, STARD4, and CTSW. Each is linked with HRC in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HRC-to-partner and partner-to-HRC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRTAP20-3 grouped by HRC-low versus HRC-high in KIRC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HRC→partner) and Y-score (partner→HRC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
