HRC

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HRC mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 34 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HRC-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, ASNS, and Annexin-1. Each is linked with HRC in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HRC-to-partner and partner-to-HRC results are reported.
