HRC

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HRC mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HRC-associated genes across cancer lineages are MMD2, OR13C5, and OR11H1. Each is linked with HRC in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HRC-to-partner and partner-to-HRC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MMD2 grouped by HRC-low versus HRC-high in URINARY_TRACT.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HRC→partner) and Y-score (partner→HRC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
