HR

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HR RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,274 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HR-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAL3ST4, CELSR2, and EFNB1. Each is linked with HR in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HR-to-partner and partner-to-HR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, HR versus GAL3ST4 in OESOPHAGUS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HR→partner) and Y-score (partner→HR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
