HR

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 277 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HR-associated genes across cancer lineages are GJD4, PHOX2B, and LRIT1. Each is linked with HR in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HR-to-partner and partner-to-HR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GJD4 grouped by HR-low versus HR-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HR→partner) and Y-score (partner→HR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
