Across TCGA patient cohorts, HPYR1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,926 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HPYR1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of transcription elongation by RNA polymerase II, Microtubule polymerization, and Positive regulation of double-strand break repair. Each is linked with HPYR1 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HPYR1-to-partner and partner-to-HPYR1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of transcription elongation by RNA polymerase II grouped by HPYR1-low versus HPYR1-high in STAD.
