HPSE2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HPSE2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,426 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HPSE2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAD2L1, PHF5A, and MIR181A2. Each is linked with HPSE2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HPSE2-to-partner and partner-to-HPSE2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MAD2L1 grouped by HPSE2-low versus HPSE2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HPSE2→partner) and Y-score (partner→HPSE2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
