HPSE2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, HPSE2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 444 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HPSE2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GUCA2A, RETNLB, and GCAT. Each is linked with HPSE2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HPSE2-to-partner and partner-to-HPSE2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GUCA2A grouped by HPSE2-low versus HPSE2-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HPSE2→partner) and Y-score (partner→HPSE2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
