HPSE

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, HPSE mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,822 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible HPSE-associated genes across cancer lineages are LSM3, RRM2, and ZBTB8OS. Each is linked with HPSE in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HPSE-to-partner and partner-to-HPSE results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LSM3 grouped by HPSE-low versus HPSE-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HPSE→partner) and Y-score (partner→HPSE) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
