Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, HPSE mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 43 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible HPSE-associated genes across cancer lineages are JNK_pT183_Y185, FASN, and INPP4B. Each is linked with HPSE in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both HPSE-to-partner and partner-to-HPSE results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, JNK_pT183_Y185 grouped by HPSE-low versus HPSE-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (HPSE→partner) and Y-score (partner→HPSE) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
